History: 

Carrie Willis Witter, an associate with Family Law Associates of Richmond, PC, was born in Fredericksburg, Virginia. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from James Madison University in 1999 and obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2002. Carrie joined our firm in 2003 and was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2007.
